1. Change of Mind, Size or Fit Returns

We accept returns or exchanges only for brand new, unworn school shoes, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The item must be requested within 28 days of delivery

• Shoes must be brand new and unworn

• Shoes may only have been tried on indoors, on a clean surface

• No visible signs of wear, including but not limited to:

• marks on soles

• creasing, scuffing, dirt, or odour

• Original tags must still be attached

• Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box, in reasonable condition

Due to the nature of footwear, any shoes showing signs of outdoor wear or use cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Items Not Eligible for Change-of-Mind Returns

• Shoes that show any signs of wear or use

• Final sale / clearance items (where marked)

• Items returned outside the eligible return period

3. Faulty or Defective Items (Australian Consumer Law)

This policy does not replace your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If your Honah Lee school shoes have a major fault, manufacturing defect, or quality issue, you are entitled to a remedy in accordance with the law.

This includes shoes that:

• are not of acceptable quality

• are unsafe

• are significantly different from their description

• develop faults under normal and reasonable use

In these cases, we will offer:

• a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue

Please note that normal wear and tear, incorrect sizing, or damage caused by misuse are not considered manufacturing faults.
