Eligible School Shoe Brands

We accept eligible genuine leather school shoes from the selected brands listed below.

Other selected leather school shoes may also qualify. Genuine leather uppers are required. Not all styles from the listed brands are automatically eligible. All trade-ins are subject to assessment by Honah Lee.

Trade-In Terms & Conditions

Please review the following conditions before booking your trade-in appointment.

1. Genuine leather only. Eligible shoes must have genuine leather uppers and meet our school footwear requirements.
2. Selected brands only. Only qualifying school shoes from selected brands will be accepted. Other selected leather school shoes may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
3. Eligible school shoe styles. Genuine leather Mary Jane and strap-fastened school shoes (including junior styles), and genuine leather lace-up school shoes may qualify. Both categories are eligible for $30–$40 off, subject to assessment.
4. Cleanliness and hygiene. Old shoes must be thoroughly cleaned before the appointment. Both the exterior leather uppers and interior linings must be clean and free from mould, mildew, visible stains, dust, dirt and unpleasant odours. Shoes that fail these hygiene requirements will not be accepted. Normal wear and creasing are permitted, subject to assessment.
5. Excluded footwear. Synthetic leather, PU leather, bonded leather, non-school footwear and budget footwear that does not meet our requirements are excluded.
6. One pair per purchase. A maximum of one eligible pair of old school shoes may be traded in for each new pair of Honah Lee school shoes purchased.
7. Complete pairs required. Both the left and right shoes must be provided.
8. In-person trade-in only. Trade-ins must be completed at our business address by appointment. Postal and online-only trade-ins are not available.
9. Appointment required. Please contact Honah Lee before visiting. Walk-in trade-ins are not available.
10. Assessment and approval. Honah Lee will assess the footwear's brand, material, cleanliness, condition and eligibility before confirming the applicable discount.
11. No cash alternative. Trade-in discounts cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.
12. Other promotions. Trade-in discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discount codes.
